Welcome to the website on Party Law in Post-Transitional Latin America. This site supports research on the legal regulation of political parties in post-1978 Latin American democracies. It contains a searchable database of the legal references to political parties in all Latin American constitutions since independence, a collection of all the laws regulating political parties since the region's transition to democracy, and related publications.
